2. Delivery period is within 30 davs upon receipt of the approved funded Purchase Order (P.O.). Administrative penalties pursuant to IRR-RA 12009 shall be imposed for non-delivery
without valid reason.
3. Warranty shall be for a minimum of three (3) months for supplies and materials, one (1)
vear for equipment, and three (3) vears for IT equipment from date of acceptance by the
End-User.
4. Price validitv shallbe for a period ofsixtv (60) calendar davs. 5. PhilGEPS Registration Certificate/DTI/Mavor's Permit/Tax Clearance/BIR Certificate of
