1) The Department of Public Works and Highways-North Manila District Engineering Office, through the GAA FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 82, 514, 412.14 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Multi-Purpose Building Zone 1-12, Phase 6, Tondo District 1, Manila. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Public Works and Highways-North Manila District Engineering Office now invites bids for Construction of Multi-Purpose Building Zone 1-12, Phase 6, Tondo District 1, Manila. Completion of the Works is required within 300 Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
