The DPWH-NCR through the TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of Php 108, 654, 831.02 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract ID No. 24O00194 - Construction of the Court of Tax Appeals (CTA) Building III - 6 Storey Building with 1 Level Basement and Roof Deck, Quezon City (Phase II). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
