1. The Department of Public Works and Highways-x through RA 11975 Ext 2024 Cont. EAO dated February 26, 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million One Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos (P5, 170, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase Request No. x7-25-02-068.
