Tenders are Invited for Contract for Grass cutting and Horticultural Maintenance in Zone B Estates for the Period of 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2027
Eligilibility FMO3 Landscaping, L2 $$1.6M & above
Atender deposit of $$2, 000.00 (for item A) in the form of crossed cheque payable to Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council shall be submitted together with the tender submission. The tender deposit will be refunded free of interest to all unsuccessful bona fide tenderers after the award of the contract.
Anon-refundable document fee of S$109.00 per set (inclusive of GST) shall be made payable to Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council by crossed cheque. Tender documents can be obtained from Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council (Toa Payoh Office, from Mondays to Fridays, 8.30a.m. to 5.00p.m.) Tenderers will be presented with a QR Code to download the tender document upon payment. Tenderers are advised to call before collection of documents.
