This framework is divided into 6 work packages: Lot 1: Optimization Lot 2: Supply-demand adequacy and electronics modelling Lot 3: Power system simulation & modeling Lot 4: Data management and analysis / Uncertainties (forecasting & contingencies) / Artificial intelligence & Machine learning Lot 5: Life cycle analysis Lot 6: Reliability and statistics for asset management Some of work packages might be divided into sub work packages. It will work in 2 steps: 1/ Launch of a consultation allowing the implementation of the framework agreement ; 2/ Systematic reopening of competition between holders for each need, according to the procedures defined in the consultation documents. During the life of the contract, and at the end of each 24 months period, oxygenation of the panel of holders will be carried out via input/output mechanism. For this, the outputs will be determined on the basis of supplier REx over the period. At the same time, inputs (continiously open process in bravosolution)
