Description of the service: The purpose of this tender is to establish the agreements and conditions defining the rights and obligations that must govern the preparation, award, development, effects and termination of the administrative service contract consisting in the provision of technical assistance for the follow-up and collaboration in the drafting of the executive project (study, review and validation of solutions proposed by the drafting architects, preparation of the specifications document and budget), the preparation of the quality control program, the direction of the execution of the works and the monitoring of the quality control, the preparation of the building book and the monitoring (and collaboration in the resolution) of the incidents that may occur during the phase of after-sales, referring to the buildings to be promoted by IMPSOL.
