Hanke luehikirjeldus : The subject of the contract is not related to the activities of the network sector listed in § 146-147 of the Estonian Public Procurement Act. The competition procedure is carried out in accordance with the Estonian Law of Obligations Act § 1009 - § 1013 and relevant legislationand instructions and other basic documents prepared by the Contracting Authority.
The object of this tender exercise is the EoL Tires Feeding System for Enefit 280-1 Plant which the Contracting Authority intends to have constructed, following the successful outcome of the tender exercise. Providedthat the tender exercise results are positive, the Contracting Authority intends to engage a competent and experienced Tenderer to carry out the EPC works of the EoL Tires Feeding System for Enefit 280-1 Plant.
