The purpose of the contract is to carry out work relating to the development of 4 care units. Description of the work to be carried out: This contract concerns the development of four care units, on an occupied site, in the Citadelle de LIEGE hospital center, located Boulevard du 12eme de Ligne, 1 to 4000 Liege. This contract is made up of 5 lots: Completion (coordination of the site installation of all lots, Structure, Exterior finishes, Interior finishes, Painting / Surface treatment), Interior furniture, Hvac-Sanitary (and structure), Medical fluids, and Electricity. This is a works contract in a sector sensitive to fraud. Work mainly to set up and manage the site installation of all lots, interior finishes, painting and surface treatment but also smaller scale work at the level of the superstructure and exterior finishes. Interior furniture work: production and installation of HVAC-sanitary furniture Work mainly in Hvac (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) and sanitary facilities: including some structural work and construction and installation of sanitary cabins… Medical fluid installation work Electricity installation work
