i) Design and elaboration of the execution project of the UP Hidrica (1640 kW);
ii) Carrying out the67d73f7cdfbc6b97a3398f07d475a1feworks, construction of infrastructures, civil construction and structures, mechanical and electrical installations and installation and commissioning, including the preparation of all the documentation required for obtaining all authorizations, opinions, registrations, certificates, licenses and permitss legally imposed;
iii) Execution of medium voltage transformation infrastructures (1 transformer of 2 MVA) including the output cells for interconnection to the underground line that will interconnect to the utilization facility, the EE of Vila Franca de xira, and which will ensure the transmission of energy to67d73f7cdfbc6b97a3398f07d475a1feduced (the underground line is not the object of this contract);
iv) Provision of operation and maintenance services for UP Hidrica, for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of signature of the provisional receipt of UP Hidrica, including the repair and replacement of parts and equipment that67d73f7cdfbc6b97a3398f07d475a1fenecessary;
