Task description: Consultancy assistance to the environmental and climate sector in the Nordic Council of Ministers 1) Facilitating the preparation of content in the MK sector's work plan 2025-2027, such that efforts and concrete efforts that the MK sector wants to prioritize, reconcile and support the realization of the MK sector Goals and sub -goals in the preliminary collaboration program. In addition, inspiration for and advice is expected on how the MK sector best delivers on the MK sector's goals. It is also expected that analysis mapping ("stock-take") is also done by selected target or focus areas, so that the Nordic utility is clearer and more focused in relation to other actors' activities in the environmental and climate area ( For example, national and EU auspices) .2) Facilitating and sparring and advice on the development of project and program descriptions based on the MK sector's work plan in accordance with the Nordic Council of Ministers Secretariat's standard formats with a special focus on clarity in activities and budgets, outputs and outcomes and their context with effect achievement and target reporting/dissemination. 3) Assistance with effective work organization for initiation/development/decision/implementation/follow-up/evaluation of the MK sector's work in 2025-2027.
