Contract for Citizen-facing Information System for the Municipality of Copenhagen The Social Administration in the Municipality of Copenhagen intends to acquire an IT system that can support citizens in creating an overview of their daily activities, establishing fixed routines and promote active participation in one's own life. The system must also bring together communication and planning in one integrated digital solution, which must contribute to a more coherent and efficient effort. The system must be accessible via existing or new touch screens, that will be available on some of the Social Service's offers, and also as an application on the citizens' own private devices. In this way, flexibility and accessibility is ensured, regardless of whether the citizen is in a municipal offer or in the regions surroundings. The purpose is to enable a citizen-oriented, digitally supported effort that both strengthens the citizen's quality of life and supports the employees' professional work. The contract comes into force upon signature by both parties and runs until it is terminated or ceases in another way.
