Tender Details

The Social Administration in the Municipality of Copenhagen intends to acquire an IT system that can support citizens in creating an overview of their daily activities, establishing fixed routines and promoting active participation in their own lives. The system must also bring together communication and planning in one unit digital solution, which should contribute to a more coherent and effective effort. The system must be accessible via existing or new touch screens that will be available on some of the Social Services' offers, and also as an application on the citizens' own private devices. In this way is ensured flexibility and accessibility, regardless of whether the citizen is in a municipal service or in his own surroundings. The purpose is to enable a citizen-oriented, digitally supported effort that both strengthens the citizen's quality of life and supports the employees' professional work.
