*** CONTRACT FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CABLE, CHAIN, FITTINGS AND RELATED ITEMS ***
This includes but is not limited to chain, load binders, swivels, lever hoists, wire rope,
couplers, quick links, slings, roller chain, ice cross chain and related items. Contract
DOES NOT include ferry cable.
Only North American known distributors and / or their domestic brand names are requested
on this tender. Some examples are Columbus McKinnon, Wire Rope Industries ltd., Vanguard
Steel, Ringball Corp., Campbell Chain, Crosby, Weisenfels. The Department of
Transportation will be the sole judge of equivalent products.
VENDORS ARE ASKED TO CAREFULLY READ ALL ATTACHMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS INVITATION TO
TENDER PRIOR TO SUBMITTING A BID.
For the purposes of this contract, the term PNB represents the Province of New Brunswick.
Effective November 1, 2025 through October 31, 2027 with the option to renew for one
additional year.
