Description of the provision: The purpose of this contract, as described in the justifying report of the contract, consists of the provision of the service of accommodation, maintenance, development and technical support of the web platform for citizen participation "Decidim". The City Council uses the toolDigital participation "Decidim", promoted by the Localret Consortium as a recommended digital participation platform for public institutions. This platform allows a comprehensive management of citizen participation in different participatory processes, public consultations and councilsof neighborhood and others.
