In relation to the intended public procurement of the KSK continuous road repairs project, the public contracting authority is preparing preparatory market consultations and preliminary involvement of interested parties and the professional public for the purpose of preparing a subsequent public procurement, informing economic entities and expert consultation on the required scope and subject of public procurement, determining the expected value of the contract, verifying the timeliness, objectivity and adequacy of the requirements for the fulfillment of the subject contracts, as well as establishing non-discriminatory conditions. The preliminary start of construction work is planned for the turn of August/September 2026. At this point, we inform you that no answers, either in person or in writing, will be considered cooperation in the preparation of tender materials and there is no reason to fear that any subjects could be excluded from this title. From the preliminary market consultations, a unified minutes will be prepared without identification of interested parties, where the findings will be summarized on individual questions and which will be published in the same place as the call for preparatory market consultations.
