The purpose of this contract is, according to the clauses and conditions set out in this Special Specification, the continuation of work to repair the sidewalks on Rue de Wavre. For the sake of contextualization, it should be noted that the construction site initial was interrupted during execution due to the bankruptcy of the entrepreneur. This situation led to the abrupt cessation of work, leaving many interventions started but unfinished. For example, the sidewalks were made up to the level of the foundations, without however receiving their final asphalt covering. Likewise, the borders have been installed, but the grouting operations remain to be finalized. Consequently, several elements of the layout present currently in an incomplete state, requiring additional interventions. The points detailed below cover all the work remaining to be carried out in order to ensure the complete and compliant finalization of the sidewalks on rue de Wavre.
