The public order includes activities to continue the right to use and support ArcGIS specialized software used in the Ministry of Energy, as well as upgrade/migration of the following products:
ArcGIS for Server Enterprise Advanced
ArcGIS for Desktop Standard
ArcGIS for Desktop Advanced
ArcGIS Spatial Analyst
ArcGIS 3D Analyst
ArcGIS Geostatistical Analyst
The following maintenance activities are included in the scope of the public procurement:
Updating the software products within 45 calendar days after the release of a new version;
Provision of updating patches within 10 calendar days of their publication;
Solving technical issues related to software installation, reinstallation and configuration, including assisting in testing and tuning ArcGIS based applications for ME needs;
Conducting training for all users specified by the contracting authority, after the implementation of a new version of the software.
The performance requirements are described in detail in the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority - Appendix No. 1.
