The Business Oulu business institution (hereinafter also "BusinessOulu", "Client" and "Procurement Unit") is requesting bids for further training in the transport industry to be organized as workforce training in the employment area of the Oulu region according to this call for tenders and its appendices in accordance with. The employment area of the Oulu region includes the following municipalities: Hailuoto, Ii, Kempele, Liminka, Lumijoki, Muhos, Oulu, Pudasjärvi, Tyrnävä, Utajärvi and Vaala. The employment division of Business Oulu is part of the organization of the city of Oulu the institution responsible for organizing employment services in the employment area of the Oulu region. Labor training refers to adult training acquired by the labor authority on the basis of Labor policy. The competitive entity is described in the request for tenders in the attached service description. Procurement is divided into three areas, which are separate trainings. The service provider can submit a bid and be selected for a maximum of two parts. The procurement unit accepts one (1) the most economically advantageous offer for each part and enters into a procurement contract with the bidder.
