This consultation is a contract for intellectual services to finalize the development of the Local Intercommunal Urban Planning Plan of the Community of Communes of the East of the Somme. This market is a continuation of a previous one PLUi development contract, completed in December 2024, having enabled the carrying out of diagnostics, the PADD and elements enabling the PLUi project to be finalized. The holder will have to appropriate existing studies and integrate them into the pursuit of the assignment. He will carry out a critical analysis of the existing documents during the start-up phase and will report to the contracting authority any inconsistencies, insufficiencies or risks.
