CONTINUING CONSTRUCTION OF VAWC AND LUPON
1. The Barangay government of Anislagan, San Luis, Agusan del Sur, reserve the amount of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand pesos (P 143, 272.61) From The Barangay Development Fund (20% BDF 2026) of Barangay Anislagan intended for the procurement of Continuing Construction of VAWC and Lupon.
2. The Barangay Anislagan now invites bids for the “Continuing Construction of VAW-C and Lupon”. Supply of Hardware Materials will be completed within fifteen (15) days.
3. The documents required in the Eligibility Documents shall be submitted as part of the Technical Documents of the Bidders as provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) OF Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
