The College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (the College) is the regulatory body for registered nurses in the province of Manitoba. We are seeking to procure an online platform for a continuing competency program for registrants. Key elements of the program would include self-assessments, multi-source feedback from clients and colleagues, and the development of a professional learning plan aligned with regulator-defined competencies. We invite proposals from prospective vendors to provide a web-based platform that helps professional regulatory bodies manage registrants' continuing competency and ongoing learning.The minimum requirements for initial consideration as a candidate under this RFP include a web-based platform that provides a system for:1.
