Concluding a framework agreement, per plot, with a market party for carrying out follow-up soil research for the purpose of determining a provisional safety class in accordance with CROW400. The plots are divided into three catchment areas, namely: Plot West: catchment area in the Amsterdam region. East plot: service area in the Arnhem/Nijmegen + Almere region. South plot: service area in the Rotterdam/Leiden region. The framework agreements are concluded for a period of 4 years. Vattenfall obtains an option to to extend the contract twice, for a maximum period of 1 year. Market parties can be awarded a maximum of 2 of the 3 plots. The scope for the work in the Amsterdam, Arnhem/Nijmegen + Almere and Rotterdam/Leiden service area of Vattenfall Warmte N.V. is as follows: Carrying out historical preliminary research in accordance with NEN 5725, based on the indicative preliminary research made available by Vattenfall. Carrying out exploratory soil research in accordance with NEN 5740, if from historical preliminary research shows that additional research is necessary. Carrying out a further soil investigation in accordance with NTA 5755, if the exploratory soil investigation shows that additional investigation into the nature, severity and extent of a possible contamination is necessary. Carrying out exploratory asbestos research in accordance with NEN 5705 and NEN 5897, if the historical preliminary research and/or the exploratory soil research shows that research into the possible presence of asbestos is necessary is. Establishing a provisional safety class, based on the available research data. Determining the quality classes of the soil to be removed, in accordance with the applicable standards and analysis results. Performing verification investigation, if the final safety class, determined by the contractor's safety expert, deviates from the previously determined safety class from the design or research phase. Preparing drawings that are part of the reports.
