Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the continuation of the task - the construction of a municipal building with technical infrastructure, first equipment and land development in Baczyna at ul. Urocza, in the plot of land with registration number 132/2, Contractor of the task is obliged to carry out construction works consisting in completing an investment project called: Construction of a service building serving as a shelter together with technical infrastructure, first equipment and land development in Baczyn. Order includes:1. Completion of works started by the previous contractor and execution of other works necessary to start using the facility.2. Verification of the correct implementation and operation of all installations and equipment of the facility, and in the event of irregularities actions, determining the causes and determining the actions necessary to obtain proper performance parameters.3. Performing tests, inspections, adjustments of networks and installations performed by the previous contractor and connecting them with those performed as a result of this orders.4.
