1) The Municipality of Baggao, through the 1-07-03-010 (20% DF-2026) intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety Thousand One Hundred Sixty-One Pesos and 08/100 (PhP 1, 990, 161.08) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Continuation of Road Concreting at Zone 7, San Isidro, Baggao, Cagayan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
