1. The Barangay Hiagsam, Jaro, Leyte, through the Barangay Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Six Hundred Ninety One Pesos (Php. 299, 691.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Continuation of Pathways (SitioTabok 1 Upper, Sitio Tabok 2, Sitio Tabok 3 Lower, Sitio Tabok 4, Proper 1 & Proper 2) . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Hiagsam, Jaro, Leyte now invites bids for Continuation of Pathways (SitioTabok 1 Upper, Sitio Tabok 2, Sitio Tabok 3 Lower, Sitio Tabok 4, Proper 1 & Proper 2). Completion of the Works is required within 20 calendar days upon received of Notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
