1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY MAYONG, TIWI, ALBAY, through the 20% BDF 2026, intends to apply the sum of NINETY-EIGHT THOUSAND EIGHTY-EIGHT AND 16/100 (PHP 98, 088.16) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR THE CONTINUATION OF PATHWAYS OF BARANGAY MAYONG, TIWI, ALBAY.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY MAYONG, TIWI, ALBAY,
