1)The Municipal Government of Adams, through the Municipal Development Fund CY-2026 and pursuant to Municipal Appropriation Ordinance No. 08-2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Three Pesos and 70/100 Only (Php 499, 233.70) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONTINUATION IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING (PHASE II) - Purok Lower Uno, Adams, Ilocos Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
