Description : Invitation to Bid for the CONTINUATION OF FELY CAUSEWAY AT BARANGAY FELY, MACONACON, ISABELA
1. The Local Government of Maconacon, Isabela, through the CY 2024 DEVELOPMENT FUND (DF) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (₱ 2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Continuation of Fely Causeway at Barangay Fely, Maconacon, Isabela. The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the corresponding appropriations for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government of Maconacon, Isabela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 51 Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
