The Barangay San Roque, Gen. Macarthur, Eastern Samar, through 20% BDF FY-2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Fifty Two Thousand Eighty Pesos & Twenty Seven Centavos (452, 080.27) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Continuation Construction of Barangay Road of Barangay San Roque, Gen. Macarthur Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
