Description : Description
1. The Barangay Pajo, through the Appropriation budget intends to apply the sum of three hundred fifty thousand pesos (350, 000.00) being the approved budget for the contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Continuation of Concreting of Bargos Street, Road 3 project/contract number 2026-09. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Pajo now invites bid for the Continuation of Concreting of Bargos Street, Road 3. The required delivery or completion is within 60 days upon notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, within one year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non discretionary "pass/fall" criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act".
