Description : The aim of the procurement is to develop content elements for an internet-based competence package in order to support the implementation of new teaching plans for learning in companies (third year sixth form college vocational education).

This competence package will be part of the total measures to support the implementation of new teaching plans in the subject renewal plan and must, therefore, be seen in connection with these measures (further described in 4.2.1).

A competence package in this connection is a collection of content elements/modules presented as a structured development course. The competence package must be designed so that it is a resource for the teaching companies (instructors/subject managers), test committees and counties in the implementation of new teaching plans, contributes to a joint understanding and supports collective profession development.

The development of the resources must be done in cooperation with the Norwegian Directorate of Education and Training.
