The subject of the performance of this public contract is the continuous supply of containers for contaminated waste that meet the requirements of the applicable legislation (Decree No. 306/2012 Coll. on conditions for preventing the occurrence and spread of infectious diseases and on hygiene requirements on the operation of medical facilities and selected social service facilities and Decree No. 273/2021 Coll., on the details of waste management). This is waste falling under category 18010301* - Sharp objects, respectively 180103* - Waste for the collection and disposal, special requirements are imposed with regard to the prevention of infection (Decree No. 8/2021 Coll., on the catalog of waste and assessment of waste properties). The containers meet the requirements according to the technical standard ČSN EN ISO 23907-1 [85 4002] and are suitable for burning.
