LIGHTING FIxTURES AND LAMPS OTHER CONSTRUCTION SERVICES BUILDING CONSTRUCTION (Includes Site Construction) Sealed Tenders properly marked as to contents and bearing the title of the Work addressed to the undersigned will be received until 3:00 P.M, local time, June 19, 2025. The Work includes: 1.Decommission of existing high mast lighting infrastructure; 2. Installation of new high mast light towers including foundations, poles, and fixtures; and, 3.Installation of electrical and communication infrastructure to support the high mast lighting network. The Work is to be performed in accordancewith Contract Documents. Official Contract Documents shall be obtained from Dillon Consulting Limited, free of charge. NOTE: To obtain the tender documents and be registered on the bidders list please email mcorbett@dillon.ca. Original tender documents will be issued in electronic format only. A BidBond or Certified Cheque, payable to Saint John Port Authority, in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the Total Tender Price (including HST) or a bid bond on CCDC Form 220, must accompany each Tender. Tender Documents will be on display at the Construction Association Offices in Saint John, Monctonand Fredericton. Opening will be virtual through video conference.
