Halmstad municipality procures a case management system with integrated function for contact center, incl. for example softphone.​ The procurement includes a case management system for the municipal group with mainly integrated functionality for handling at least the channels visit, telephone, chat and email and, if possible, social media. It is important that the work is perceived to be carried out in one and the same system, with an essentially seamless flow within the contact center operations, incl. appropriate forwarding functions, traceability and follow-up etc. The municipality intends to procure a cloud service (SaaS) but would also like, if possible, the option of on-premise operation. Other options are also relevant, for example connection of new telephony operator provider/s.
