This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of Contact Center as a Service and Implementation Services (the Deliverables) as set out in this section of the RFP. The selected Proponent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with the City for the provision of the Deliverables.
The Scope of the implementation services includes onboarding 2 departments onto the Contact Center solution. The City reserves the right to either utilize the services of the successful Proponent on related foreseen work to assist with onboarding additional City departments subject to the successful Proponent-s performance and successful negotiation, to complete the work with internal City resources, or return to the market with a new Request for Proposal document when in the City-s best interest. The City may utilize the successful proponent for additional work for a period of one year following the completion of Scope as described in this RFP.
