Group 1. Group 2. Group 3. Group 4. Group 5. The subject of procurement is consumables for transfusion diagnostics, in accordance with the technical specifications, stated in the Cost List and according to this procurement documentation. The subject of procurement is delivered successively, according to to the Client's delivery request and delivers to the delivery locations, in accordance with the bidder's offer, within a period that cannot be longer than 5 calendar days from the day the delivery request is sent. All contractual obligations must be fulfilled by the deadline Contractor. The goods are considered delivered and the contractual obligation fulfilled at the moment of handing over the goods and the prepared accompanying procurement documentation to the Customer. The start of delivery is determined by the Public Procurement Agreement. The contract is concluded for a period of 12 months. The client has concluded Contracts for the procurement of the goods in question for the duration of 31.8.2026. year, except for group 5, which was concluded for the period until October 6, 2026. year. Upon their expiration, delivery begins according to the Contracts that will be concluded based on this public procurement procedure. Amount of the procurement items is tentative, established in the Costing List, according to the estimated quantities, and will be procured successively, according to the dynamics determined by the Client's delivery requirements. The customer will buy the goods according to his actual needs and is not obliged to buy the entire approximate quantity specified in the Cost Sheet.
