Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: The objective of this consultancy will be to generate a national diagnosis and territorial on services, programs, actors and institutional capacities linked to the labor inclusion of migrants and refugees, which serves as a basis for the construction of the Migrant Route in three departments of Uruguay.
