Dear bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) seeks to hire an external consultant to provide specialized technical assistance to strengthen the Toolkit for Formalization, within the framework of the Regional Strategy for Formalization for Latin America and the Caribbean (FORLAC 2.0, 2024-2030). This consultancy is developed in the context of the project CRI/24/01/RBS - “Improved the integrated framework of public policies to facilitate the transition from the informal economy to the formal economy, with a gender focus and fair transitions towards decent work” (Costa Rica). The objective of the consultancy is to strengthen the Toolkit for Formalization by reviewing, updating and incorporating content on initiatives innovative formalization techniques in order to consolidate the information contained in the platform and increase its usefulness for users.
