The procurement refers to framework agreements regarding services in the IT and information security area for the calling of consultants in the tender areas specified in this document.
The demand for the services that the Customer delivers is high and is expected to continue to increase in the coming years with Norrkoeping municipality's ambitions to strongly digitize the municipality's various operations. With this, the services in the IT security area need to be expanded and strengthened.
Another success factor is to act with a high degree of flexibility in terms of staffing in the short-term perspective and with a short foresight in order to meet new assignments, projects and changes in existing assignments. The customer therefore needs framework agreements for successive calls for consulting support in a number of different areas within IT and information security. The consultants shall support the Customer's ongoing operations as the need arises. The assignments will preferably be carried out at the Customer's location.
