Description : IV. Bidder-s Qualification
The Service Provider must possess comprehensive technical familiarity with the current DOT-LMS, including its system logic, proprietary configurations, database structures, and previously developed module interactions. This ensures:
● Preservation of all current system functions and integrations during the upgrade;
● Seamless compatibility between existing and upgraded components;
● Protection of data integrity and security throughout the transition; and
● Uninterrupted learning access for all users before, during, and after implementation.
A. Qualifications of the Company
The Bidder must meet the following minimum requirements:
1. Legal and Organizational Eligibility
○ Must be a duly registered sole proprietorship, partnership, or corporation.
○ Must have at least five (5) years of IT experience in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Learning Management Systems.
