Description : Professional Consulting Services for a Study of City of Winnipeg's Infrastructure Compatibility for Electric Vehicles D4. SCOPE OF SERVICES D4.1 For the purposes of this study, the City wishes to have one (1) Level 2 EV charging station connector per electric vehicle, with approximately 1, 627 electric vehicles and 69 locations. The Services required under this Contract shall consist of a study of City of Winnipeg-s infrastructure compatibility for electric vehicles, in accordance with the following: (a) A consultant report identifying detailed costs per location to upgrade existing City of Winnipeg electrical infrastructure for future conversion of WFMA fleet to 100% all-electric vehicles; (b) A prioritization of locations to upgrade, including rationale and assumptions; (c) A heat map of the City of Winnipeg, with each location marked, showing Manitoba Hydro electric grid suitability for conversion of WFMA fleet to 100% all-electric vehicles; (d) Recommendations for efficient and effective implementation of electrical infrastructure upgrades, installation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and conversion of WFMA fleet to 100% all-electric vehicles, including back-up energy sources; and (e) Other recommendations or considerations for...
