SCOPE OF SERVICESD4.1 The Services required under this Contract shall consist of Professional Consulting Services in accordance with the following:D4.1.1 The ST. MARY-S ROAD (ST. ANNE-S RD TO TACHE AVE) - STUDY OF POTENTIALTRAFFIC FLOW IMPROVEMENTS (RFP 253-2025) as outlined D5 through D8. The Services required under D4 shall be in accordance with the City-s Project Management Manual http://winnipeg.ca/infrastructure/asset-management-program/templates- manuals.stm#2 and templates http://winnipeg.ca/infrastructure/asset-management- program/templates-manuals.stm#4 .
