Tender Details

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Parkland County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of a Returning Officer to assist with Parkland County-s municipal election as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). The County intends to engage with a Consultant capable of acting in the capacity of Returning Officer to support the County-s 2025 municipal election. The successful Consultant will be required to provide advisory and planning services in both 2024 and 2025, engaging with external vendors and liaising with County administration.
