The project aims to provide consulting services to support the Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) in a broad range of tasks under the scope of the following key regulatory functions: competition policies; tariff and costing; licensing and compliance; and market data study. The consulting services must be provided by highly qualified consultants (subject matter experts) who have proven record of relevant international experience. The ultimate outcome of the project is to support CRA to achieve its objectives and important key tasks, which will directly contribute to the development of the relevant sectors and markets and to meeting CRA-s strategies and objectives and Qatar-s national strategies and plans. Bidders must have proven successful experience for a period of not less than seven years in delivering similar regulatory consulting projects for government entities or other reputable entities, and they must be duly incorporated in Qatar.
