1. The Municipal Government of Baler, Aurora through the General Fund Annual Budget FY 2026 Appropriations Ordinance No. 004-2025 and LDDRMF (current year / trust fund) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Thousand pesos (Php 3, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PREPARATION OF THE COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN (CLUP) AND COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT PLAN (CDP), MAINSTREAMING CLIMATE CHANGE ADAPTATION (CCA) AND DISASTER RISK MANAGEMENT (DRRM) IN THE CLUP AND CDP FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF BALER, AURORA, (MGB-2026-ITB-016).
