Consulting services to cover needs on behalf of Skelleftea Kraft's fiber network regarding: * Project manager * Designer * Inspector See the documents for a more detailed description of the roles. Tenders are evaluated individually for each role/part. Skelleftea Kraft intends to sign framework agreements with up to three suppliers for each role, which means that tenderers are free to submit tenders for one or more of these roles. Calling will take place in descending order, where the supplier with the lowest price is asked first. The assignments may include one or more of the roles (Projector, Project management and/or Inspector). Due to a possible tie-up situation, the Consultant who is assigned the role of Designer or Project Manager in a called assignment will not be assigned the role of Inspector within the same assignment, regardless of rank. The assignment for Inspector comes in one such cases to be assigned to the Consultant who comes next in rank for the Inspector role. The framework agreement allows call-off during the contract period, but the Customer is not committed to any call-off or any volume.
