Description : V. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
A. Must be registered and accredited with the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement Systems (PhilGEPS);
B. Must be willing to provide services on a send-bill arrangement;
C. Must have prior experience working with government agencies, preferably with the Department of Tourism, from 2020 to the present in developing printed materials (e.g., guidebooks, manuals, brochures, maps, etc.) on tourism products or services, such as wellness or related products;
D. The proposed cost must be within the approved budget; and
E. Bidders must submit their quotation with cost breakdown to differentiate the amount of service fee and amount to be earmarked for the payment to the third parties or other proprietors. Otherwise, tax withheld will be credited for the total contract prize.
