Description : IV. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A. Must be duly registered with the Philippine Government E-Procurement System (PHILGEPS);
B. Must have experience in translation, copywriting, layouting, and production of marketing collaterals or publications for the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) / Middle East region (i.e., UAE, KSA, Qatar, etc.);
C. Preferably with an established office or operational presence in the Middle East region;
D. Must be a duly registered printing, publishing, or creative production company with proof of registration such as a business permit or trade license indicating office location;
E. Must be willing to provide services on a send-bill arrangement.
