The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to produce a short-list of up to three (3) Submitters with the necessary expertise, capability, and proficiencies to perform the described project works. Only those Submitters that are short-listed will be eligible to participate in the second phase of the RFQ of submitting a proposal, including pricing.
Submission instructions for the second phase of the RFQ will be distributed on an invite only basis to the short-listed Submitters. The Top Ranked Submitter from the second phase of the RFQ will be invited to negotiate the detailed Scope of Work with the intention of reaching a mutually agreed contract.
The first phase of the process to identify the lead Respondent is different than other procurement processes. This process will request examples of past work projects similar to the size and scope of WFN-s project outlined in this RFQ Document. The submission received from the Respondent will resemble a resume format of the Respondent-s firm, and not a detailed submission specific to a scope of work.
